Detailled tests (from the chemical-physical analysis of the raw material till the final check before despatch) thanks to most actual equipments, allow us to control every single variable in the process.
The issue of reports such as PPAP, APQP, SPC (CP, CPK, CM, CMK), control charts, R&R besides the preparing of of FMEA-schedules, Control Plans and a clear process Flow chart allow our customers to constantly follow the developments and the updating of the projects entrusted to FONDERMETAL S.p.A.
The Quality Department relies on the following equipments, all of them are encoded and are regularly calibrated:
- 3D-scan machine Zeiß CONTURA with continuous scan and reverse engineering;
- 3D-machine DEA Swift;
- Machine for the radioscopic check BOSELLO with image processor;
- Durometer to check the hardness
- Profile-projector
- Spectrometer for the chemical-physical analysis of the aluminium alloys;
- Digital profilometer MITUTOYO for the roughness;
- Hundreds of standard instruments for every kind of dimensional check.
FONDERMETAL S.p.A. has started the process for the ISO TS 16949 certification.
